We knew it all along but now it's official. BFGoodrich recognizes Fordyce Creek as one of their "2009 Outstanding Trails"
2009 Friends of Fordyce Prize Drawing
Tickets are available for our prize drawing that will be held in conjunction with our participation at this year's Sierra Trek. BF Goodrich has recognized the Fordyce trail as one of 2009's BFG Outstanding Trails and as part of their support has donated a set of tires to be used as a prize in our drawing.
In addition, we have received support from Cleanwaste through Roundeyes Inc. and from The Rainbow Lodge.
Cleanwaste may be be more familiar to everyone as Phillips Environmental (PETT) and I think most people are acquainted with Roundeyes.
The Rainbow Lodge is right up the road from Cisco Grove and is a great old lodge (1850's) that boasts a dynamite restaurant.

Tickets will be available at the Friends of Fordcye booth during Sierra Trek beginning Thursday August 6th. The drawing will be held on Saturday August 8th at the FOF booth.
